Some examples of the type of dinner menu we offer at Invertay House Our menu changes daily and all dishes are prepared on the premises using only fresh produce, including organic fruit, vegetables and herbs from our garden and honey from our own beehives. We do our own hot-smoking of fish and meats; make all our own chutneys, jams and other preserves; make all our own ice creams, breads, chocolate fudges and truffles.

Carrot, tomato and lime soup with home made sun-dried tomato and olive bread.
Leg of Perthshire organic lamb roasted with rosemary and thyme and served with greengage and mint sauce.
Served with a selection of fresh vegetables.
Garden rhubarb and ginger crumble cake served with proper vanilla custard.

Crème de Menthe and white chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce.
Should you not wish to sample any of our delicious desserts we can offer as an alternative a selection of Scottish cheeses and hand made oatcakes as an alternative.

Dinner is served at 19.30 each evening.

We are noted also for our imaginative vegetarian cooking and are pleased to cater for dairy free, gluten free and other types of special diets if informed in advance.
